For several years, the Russian edition of the magazine Top Gear in collaboration with Transportation design department of Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts organizes a competition of student works. Students of the department under the supervision of art director of Ippiart Studio Dmitry Nazarov create projects on given topics, which are then published in the magazine. To maintain team spirit among students Dmitry Nazarov from time to time publish his own projects. This time the theme of the issue was "The machine of power: atomic grader of the Russian tsar".
Before the New Year of the state leader goes in a symbolic journey around the country. He rakes traffic jams, paving the new road and rescues tourists who get lost in the forest.
